We got our Star Wars Day festivities going a little early on the weekend, when Holman teamed up with the theatrical geniuses at Boca del Lupo to host a Boca spring BBQ / Star Wars Epic Yarns book launch! We hosted the event at Progress Lab 1422 in Vancouver, where Boca del Lupo has admin and rehearsal space. We had a Star Wars movie marathon, an awesome green screen station where you could put yourself on Tatooine, felt figures on display, books for sale (thanks, Book Warehouse!), a cash bar (thanks, Bomber Brewing!) and celebrity appearances — Darth, Chewie and other members of the The 501st Legion and the The Rebel Legion in film-accurate Star Wars costumes! The 501st helped us raise money for Boca del Lupo Theatre Society, and the whole day was a blast! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported Boca del Lupo and Star Wars Epic Yarns!
