Two weeks ago, Holman had the privilege of attending the Chronicle Books Spring 2015 Children’s Tea in San Francisco. At the event, attended by booksellers, librarians, and reviewers, Holman had the opportunity to present our upcoming three-volume board books series, Star Wars: Epic Yarns. Holman explained the philosophy behind abridging adult stories into word primers, and gave a quick behind-the-scenes look at how the books were made. Holman even brought along a few fuzzy friends.
Holman also had the opportunity to meet Chronicle staff who have been instrumental in getting Star Wars: Epic Yarns ready for launch: the editorial team of Ginee Seo and Taylor Norman, as well as book designer Ryan Hayes. We can’t wait to take you to a galaxy far, far away next spring!
